Why does the Living Editorial Exist?

Hello World!

My name is Noora Fatima Noushad. I have been exceptionally well-trained as a learning scientist (i.e., someone who scientifically examines the mechanisms that shape how people think, behave and reflect about the world). I managed to be awarded a PhD in Learning Sciences from an RI Ivy Institute (i.e., University of Pennsylvania). However, I have been poorly trained to function as a human, and, tragically even less so, to understand life.

The Living Editorial is my attempt to get better at understanding life and living as a human.

What lives in the Living Editorial?

The things that make me pause in confusion, in awe and in frustration. The living editorial is divided into 3 sections:

(1) About Life: This page hold my reflections about the existential questions that hit me at the most inconvenient times (e.g., in bed, at work)

(2) About Work: This page records my noticing about inquiries undertaken in the field of learning sciences.

(3) About Musings: This pages hold poems/short stories authored by me.
